Client Experience: Where is it!?


 

As you know, we’ve been excited to launch our improved and easier to use Richmond Brothers’ Client Experience (see blog post here). While we were initially expecting to roll out in mid-October, we must announce that our time frame has been extended.

We are working with our developers to ensure that the launch of the Client Experience and the user experience itself is working as smoothly as possible. 

We will continue to keep you posted on the new Client Experience and we hope that our next announcement will be that we are ready to roll! Thank you for your continued patience!
