New Educational Video Series: Richmond Refreshers

Here at Richmond Brothers, we live and breathe around financial concepts and tools on a daily basis, but we understand not everyone is as inundated with the same things as we are. In line with our mission to help make a difference in the world, we want to help continue to provide education to our clients and our community on financial aspects such as simple concepts and tools all the way to the more complicated financial issues and topics.

With this in mind, we have decided to launch a new, complimentary video series entitled, Richmond Refreshers. In addition to our normal monthly Matt’s Minutes series, we will be providing a monthly topic to help educate our clients and community. We politely request two things of you during this launch and throughout our free series:

1. If you feel the topics being discussed are helpful and you know of anyone they could help, please don’t keep it a secret and make sure to share it with them!

2. If you have topics that you would like to learn more about, please send your ideas our way. For instance, you may want to learn more about topics such as:

  • When am I required to take money out of my IRA?
  • How important is it to name a beneficiary on my IRA? Isn’t a will sufficient?
  • What is an annuity?

Feel free to email us at questions@richmondbrothers.com for topic consideration – please just put Richmond Refreshers in the subject line.

This month in honor of America Saves Week, we are highlighting what you need to know about Roth IRAs and how they differ from traditional IRAs. We hope you find this short video to be helpful in refreshing your knowledge about individual retirement accounts, which are certainly one great way to help you save for retirement. We look forward to hearing what you think!
