Laura was an Information Technology professional for over 36 years, with her last 17 spent at Consumers Energy in Jackson. She retired in June of 2021 and has been enjoying retirement to the fullest. She has been doing lots of traveling, where she has spent time in Arizona, Florida, Las Vegas, and Mississippi. She’s even been on two cruises since retirement! Laura is an active member of Southern Michigan Hunting Retriever Club, Ann Arbor Dog Training Club, and Marshbanks Golden Retriever Club. She regularly competes with her dogs (two golden retrievers and one flat coat retriever) in agility – her favorite sport, rally, dock diving, and hunt tests.
