As you may know, we have been utilizing the ever so important knowledge of a small group of clients each and every year since 2011. This group helps Richmond Brothers evolve so that we can best serve the needs of our extended family. We are honored to be able to announce our Client Advisory Board for 2021 today and we encourage you to visit their short bios on our website here. 

This fantastic group of seven clients has accepted the responsibility of the role of serving as the eyes and ears of Richmond Brothers; they will be acting as a feedback loop for our company and helping to continue to lead client experiences. We are honored they are taking the time to help mold our company into a world-class entity. With our first meeting this week, we are looking forward to adding value to future client experiences thanks to this committed group.

Even though we do have a group specifically serving to provide us with straightforward and open feedback, we are always here to learn about how we can further improve ourselves.
