As you may know, we have been using the extremely valued knowledge of a small group of clients each and every year since 2011. Our Client Advisory Board helps Richmond Brothers grow and learn (just like our core value of growth and continuous learning) so that we can in turn serve our family of clients in the best way possible. We are honored to be able to announce our board for 2022 and we encourage you to visit their short bios here. 

Our “fantastic five” have accepted the responsibility of the role of serving as the eyes and ears of Richmond Brothers; they will be acting as a feedback loop for our company and helping to continue to lead client experiences. We are honored they are taking the time to help mold our company into a world-class entity. With our first meeting a few weeks ago, we are very excited about adding value to future client experiences thanks to this committed group.

Even though we do have a group specifically serving to provide us with straightforward and open feedback, we are always here to learn about how we can further improve ourselves.
