She’s passionate about delivering top-tier service and is known for her keen attention to detail, making sure annuity and new business applications are handled smoothly from start to finish. Marrissa keeps clients in the loop every step of the way, tracks and monitors new applications, and supports the RB team in opening new accounts.

Marrissa graduated Summa Cum Laude from Eastern Michigan University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation. Before joining Richmond Brothers, she spent over five years in healthcare, specializing in neurological physical medicine and rehabilitation—a field that deepened her passion for promoting well-being through recreation.

Marrissa and her husband, Maxwell—her grade-school sweetheart—are proud Michigan natives. They, along with their dog, Duke, happily call Jackson home. Together, they love spending time outdoors, tending to their property, and supporting local farmers through several farm shares. Both Marrissa and Maxwell have culinary training and enjoy creating unique, seasonal recipes that celebrate the best of Michigan’s harvest.
