Stephanie oversees and assists in the client service department. Her expertise helps Richmond Brothers continue to provide world-class service to clients.

Stephanie is responsible for services like block trading, client billing, project management and more. She is also instrumental in helping refine the service processes to help ensure wow-worthy experiences in every manner of client services.

As a lifelong Jackson resident, Stephanie is a Lumen Christi alumni and received her bachelor’s in economics and business management, with a minor in English from Albion College. She is quite the go-getter and enjoys the outdoors including camping, hiking, biking and running. Stephanie actually credits the discovery of many of these outdoor activities she now loves to her husband, David.
