Pursuing Growth & Continuous Education is of course one of Richmond Brothers very important core values. In line with that core value (among others), we have been utilizing the great minds of a small, representative group of clients throughout the years since 2011 to help push us to grow and change as a firm so that we can best serve the needs of our extended family. 2018 is no different and we are happy to announce that our Client Advisory Board has been selected and is underway. This wonderful group of six clients has agreed to take over the role as Richmond Brothers’ insiders – acting as the eyes and ears of our company and helping to continue to lead client experiences. We are honored they are taking the time to help mold our company into a world-class entity, right here in our backyard. With our first meeting coming up in the next few weeks, we are extremely excited about what this year will bring; we look forward to more value being added to client experiences thanks to this dedicated group.

Even though we do have a group specifically earmarked to provide us with frank and open feedback, we are always here to learn about how we can improve ourselves.
