Our Richmond Brothers’ team is continuing to grow! As you know, Richmond Brothers’ focus is on service, growth, and continual learning. One of the ways we can accomplish our goals is by ensuring our team is properly served. We are proud to announce that we have brought on another terrific addition to our team, Taylor Richmond. Taylor will fill the role as a Human Resource Generalist.

Taylor will serve in assisting our team in achieving their goals and the company’s goals through project management, benefits, compensation, training programs, and more. She will act as an intermediary for our team and is committed to providing our team with excellent service and greater organization. You may know her by her name, but we would like to call attention to all that she brings to the table for Richmond Brothers. Not only did she graduate Summa Cum Laude but she was in the top 10% of her class of 2021 from Hope College where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology. Taylor is bilingual with a certification of fluency in Spanish. She also has a Cross-Cultural Fluency certificate and has been published in academic journals (and has another article in the works) for her research in psychology. In addition, Taylor was honored with a prestigious psychology award from Hope and was one of seven individuals from her class to give a senior recognition speech the week before graduation. Before accepting her position here at Richmond Brothers, she was offered positions in private industry and in academia for Human Resources. Taylor is dedicated to helping others, being fair and equitable, and has a passion for continuous learning!

Born and raised in Jackson, Taylor is excited to be back home and begin the next chapter of her life. She is engaged and currently wedding planning for early next summer with her fiancée, Annie. They just finished painting their new home and love to spend time outdoors on walks with their 3-year-old poodle.
